I had a wonderful experience at this location in Redoak off 342. Today I came by at 7:30pm and noticed the lights were flickering due to a storm. The manager appreciated me waiting on my order and also couldn’t charge my card so he gave me my food for free. The Manager and drive thru staff were very professional and kind. In the last couple of years I go to this location more since the other location near I35 has slow service most times. Hopefully after their renovation service will be better there???
I accidentally sent my order to this store but I was so pleased that I did! They were sooo understanding when I called them and explained that I ordered to the wrong location. They were friendly on the phone, replaced my fries without being asked and helped me out to my car. Such a great experience that I will now go out of my way to go to their location.
342 always gets bad reviews. Honestly, I've only had 2 or 3 bad experiences. And that was due to lack of staff & the place being packed. In fact, Friday, I ordered on the app, messed up my own order & she gave me fries I thought I ordered. Super cool.
The bacon steakhouse burger was the BEST! Took me two days to drink the huge shake. I have frequented this location and service has been excellent each time, whether lunch or dinner time. Kudos to everyone who works there and deals with my dog barking at them everytime we hit the drive thru.

Whataburger has absolutely delicious food and impeccable service! Every time I go to this particular location, the service is typically very speedy inside, and my order is almost always perfectly made. As stated earlier, the food is delicious as well. I would 100% recommend this Whataburger location to anyone.
